Carrie

Yet another splash shoot, this one was a little different due to a lack of wardrobe. The lack of wardrobe was my fault for not having a plan; I'm still working on my portfolio, so I just need the new faces. On this shot I was assisted by fellow photog and all around good guy, Tim. We took a little time and put up the water set and played around with the lights until everything was just right. Shortly after, Carrie arrived and we started shooting.

My fascination with black and white continues.

     Makin' it rain.

After a few shots in the rain, we started working on splashing.

          Oops, a little premature!

At this point, Carrie was a little cold, so we took a little break and when we came back we shut off the water and returned to shooting.

The hair flip, it only took four tries to get a decent shot, definitely worth the clean up. This first shot I missed it almost completely.

Nailed it!

How often does someone willingly allow you to throw cold water on them? Carrie was eager to do it and this one took a little more effort.

This is the final shot, not quite what I envisioned, but I'm happy nonetheless!

Carrie was great to work with and a pleasure to shoot.
